Who we are not

BuyGMXAccounts is an independent shop. It has no connection with GMX or its owner and is not approved by them. The GMX name is used here only to say what kind of mailbox is for sale.

What a listing commits to

Every mailbox you receive matches its listing title: the domain after the @, the minimum age or the registration year, the registration region, whether POP3, IMAP and SMTP are switched on, and an SMS check where the title names one. Mail already in the inbox is described by the title and is not removed by us.

Paying and delivery

You pay the whole amount at checkout. Once the payment is confirmed, your lines appear on the order page and a copy goes to your email.

Acceptable use

• GMX sets its own terms and can lock any account or ask it for a phone check at any time.
• You will not use the mailboxes to send spam or phishing, to break another service's rules, or for anything illegal.
• You are responsible for how the mailboxes are used once delivered.

Our liability

On any order, our liability goes no further than a replacement or a refund under the Refund Policy, and never beyond what you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows which version applies.
