Privacy Notice

This notice covers everything BuyGMXAccounts records about you. The short version: an email address, your orders, and the logs any web server keeps.

What you tell us

The email address you check out with, and whatever you write to support. We never need the password of any mailbox you already own, and we will not ask for it.

What an order leaves behind

Which listing you bought and how many, the amount paid, the address and password lines we delivered to you, and the payment provider's note that the payment went through. Card numbers and wallet keys stay with the provider and never reach us.

What the server logs

The IP address, browser and time of each request. We read these to keep the site up and to stop fraud.

What we do with it

• Deliver your order and let you download it again later.
• Answer tickets and replace mailboxes under the warranty.
• Turn away payments that look fraudulent.
• Keep the accounts that tax law requires.

Who else receives it

Only the payment processor, the hosting company and the service that sends our emails, each with the part it needs. We do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your cart and to protect checkout. None are used for advertising or tracking across sites.

How long, and your choices

Delivered lines are kept while you can still claim a replacement on the order. Payment records stay as long as the law says; logs are cleared after a short time. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write to support@buygmxaccounts.com from the address you ordered with, or use the Contact page.
